What you need to know:
We require a deposit at the time of collection for any item hired. This will be done as a separate transaction and refunded if all equipment is returned in the same condition it was hired. Any damages or losses will need to be paid for in full.
We require 2 forms of identification at the time of collection. This can be 2 of the following: a valid passport, valid driving license or recent utility bill. Copies of these will be made and returned to you on completion of the hire.
We offer an out-of-hours service at no extra cost. Items can be collected and returned on weekday evenings (5.30pm – 9.30pm) and at most times during the weekend. We ask that you let us know when you plan to call in so that we are available.
We can deliver items at the cost of £1 per mile. Please remember the return journey will also be chargeable (e.g. drop-off is 10 miles; you will be charged £20). Payment is required in full before transportation is made.
Items are required to be returned within the agreed time period. If you require an extension on the hire period, you will need to contact us. If you haven’t contacted us after 7 days of the agreed hire time, the relevant authorities will be informed.
